Rainbow Overseas Pvt. Ltd. being in an authorised recruiting agency, require that valued overseas clients who wish to recruit manpower from Nepal, inter into a formal agreement  with them. After the initial discussion, the following documents are required to meet the let down formalities of the Labour Department of Nepal, and to take required permission for manpower recruitment through advertisement in the newspapers.

  1. Demand Letter ( Listing categories, numbers required, salary, work duration etc)

  2. Power of attorney ( Authorising the agent to act on their behalf )

  3. Employment Contract ( Showing wages and other benefits including food, accommodation, transportation, medical facilities, insurance etc.)

  4. Inter Party Agreement ( Agreement between employer company and recruiting company)

  5. Guarantee Letter ( Guarantee on behalf of  the employer company stating that the worker will be working in the employing country only.)

Recruitment Process

  • Advertisement in print media or evaluation from our data bank.
  • Shortlisting  of suitable candidates according to job descriptions provided by our client.
  • Interview and screening of candidates.
  • Trade test for category candidates.
  • Profile to Short listed candidates are forwarded to clients for approval.
  • Final approval.
  • Psychological test if required.
  • Medical examination.
  • Verification check and background investigations
  • Orientation Programme.
  • Travel arrangements.
